Development Completion Plan

Remaining phases from the roadmap and whitepaper.

The Architect / GDCOS Development Completion Plan

This plan is derived from the production whitepaper, platform roadmap, progress dashboard, Prism integration plan, and live route/API audit.

Completed foundation

  • Core platform, PostgreSQL persistence, RBAC, public transparency, audit chain, proof exports, and enterprise governance are live.
  • Civic identity, Didit KYC, World ID issuance, biometric return-login start, passkey options, citizen profiles, scoring, voting, education, justice, rehabilitation, CorpLedger, GovLedger, global monitor, AI assistant, and document intelligence are deployed.
  • Navigation is compacted into Enterprises, Oversight, Docs, Dashboard, AI, and Account.
  • PrismAPI is configured, seeded, and scheduled for six-hour refresh into immutable score facts.
  • LaborNet jobs now has a public /jobs destination connected to AI job posting tools.

Phase 12 - Federation / LexGlobal

Status: building.

Goal: make multi-jurisdiction federation real before adding legal conclusions.

Delivered in this phase:

  • /api/v2/lexglobal/map exposes a read-only federation map from real geo, jurisdiction, government, score-source, Prism, and jobs tables.
  • /modules/lexglobal now shows live readiness instead of static placeholder metrics.
  • Countries are scored for federation readiness using registered councils, country score, CPI, HDI, government rows, and source coverage.

Remaining:

  • Ingest EUR-Lex, national legislation, sanctions, and regulator documents as immutable legal source facts.
  • Add legal-domain requirement records for identity, procurement, labor, financial transparency, grants, ESG, and public data.
  • Add enterprise compliance maps against country/domain requirements.
  • Add human review before any legal interpretation is promoted from draft to official.

Phase 13 - WorkOS / Labor Portability

Status: building.

Goal: connect jobs, worker profiles, work confirmations, training, displacement risk, and jurisdiction labor context.

Delivered in this phase:

  • /api/v2/workos/intelligence exposes labor readiness from jobs, worker profiles, contracts, disputes, citizen profiles, work confirmations, skills, and countries.
  • /modules/workos now shows live labor readiness and gaps instead of static placeholder metrics.
  • Enterprises navigation links directly to WorkOS Labor.

Remaining:

  • Add WorkOS API surfaces for displacement risk, UBI simulations, skills transition plans, and training recommendations.
  • Link LaborNet jobs to citizen work-experience confirmations and merit score updates.
  • Add employer-side application review UX and verified hiring outcomes.
  • Use Prism macro/labor context and public labor indicators as score context, not personal financial evidence.

Phase 14 - HumanityOS / Planetary Coordination

Status: building.

Goal: coordinate climate, disaster, migration, health, and shared-resource workflows across registered jurisdictions.

Delivered in this phase:

  • /api/v2/humanityos/coordination exposes coordination readiness from monitor feeds, Prism world facts, countries, councils, public institutions, jobs, and jurisdiction status.
  • /modules/humanityos now shows live coordination readiness, monitor alerts, Prism world facts, and action gaps.
  • Oversight navigation links directly to HumanityOS.

Remaining:

  • Turn Prism/world-monitoring facts and existing monitor feeds into jurisdiction impact alerts.
  • Add event-to-action workflows for disaster response, public health, migration support, and resource allocation.
  • Add public response dashboards with immutable source facts and audit trails.

Phase 15 - Production Hardening And External Registration

Status: active until launch complete.

Delivered in this phase:

  • Migrated Next route protection from deprecated middleware convention to proxy.
  • Simplified next.config.ts to remove dynamic path/url helper imports from the build config.

Remaining:

  • Configure real eIDAS/OIDC connector credentials and production redirect URIs.
  • Complete real browser passkey registration and Didit biometric completed-flow verification.
  • Add cron/worker supervision health checks for Prism and future legal/source ingestion jobs.
  • Resolve existing Next.js middleware-to-proxy and Turbopack NFT trace warnings.
  • Run authenticated E2E write workflows for job post/apply, proposal/vote, ledger entry, review, event, source addition, and document analysis.
